Friday 4th December is 'Go Bright For Cruse' Day! It's National Grief Awareness Week from 2–8 December. Driven by The Good Grief Trust, this week-long event aims to try to normalise grief and get people talking about this typically uncomfortable subject on a national platform. Throughout this week, Cruse will be sharing stories over social media from volunteers and people they’ve supported, talking about their grief.
To mark the end of this awareness week and to join us in Go Bright for Cruse, on 8 December, the Tower of Refuge, Ramsey Swingbridge and Pulrose Power Station will all be lit up in purple from dusk.
Every penny raised will stay on the island to help us continue to offer these valuable services to anyone in our community who needs us.
