We enjoyed an amazing afternoon last week as our children were treated to an incredible performance by the RGS Pep Band AND the RGS Street Band right on our own doorstep! The wonderful Mr Wood visited us with the musicians and presented a workshop and concert to celebrate International Make Music Day - it was a brilliant event, all part of an initiative from Brass Bands England called 'Proms in the Playground'.
What a performance! A really magical afternoon which everyone thoroughly enjoyed - the children and adults in the school, and plenty of lucky passers-by who stopped to enjoy the fun, too. We can't wait to do it all again next year!
