We believe that strong communication between home and school is essential in helping every child to thrive. We are committed to maintaining open, positive and constructive relationships with parents and carers, and we welcome your questions, feedback and involvement in school life.
Our aim is to respond to all emails, telephone messages and other enquiries within 3 to 5 working days. While we will always do our best to meet this timescale, there may occasionally be delays due to staff absence, training commitments or other exceptional circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.
Please note that teachers are usually not available to respond to emails or telephone calls during the school day, as their priority is teaching and supporting children in their classes. If you need to contact a member of staff, please do so via the school office, which will ensure that your message is passed on promptly.
