From Reception to Year 6, our children are enjoying exciting, engaging maths mastery lessons, which spark curiosity and excitement, as well as nurture confidence in mathematics. Mastering maths means pupils acquiring a deep, long-term, secure and adaptable understanding of the subject, and to help us do this effectively we use a complete, whole school programme (Power Maths) in every classroom. This means a consistent, whole school approach with high standards and regular assessments, so we can effectively monitor our pupils' progress against age-related expectations.
