Our Reception children had a blast this World Book Day! As well as dressing up as some of their favourite characters (including some of our favourite Monster Phonics characters - can you spot them?), the children were also treated to a trip to our Year Two classrooms, where the Year 2 children read to them some of the amazing stories that they have been working on recently; what a lovely way to share the joy and fun of reading! And after that, it was off to the library, to check out a brand new book to read at home! A perfect end to the day!
