What an amazing and unique day at Rhumsaa we enjoyed recently when our school was visited by a chess Grand Master! A world famous player, Grand Master Parligras took time from his busy schedule to visit our school, talk with members of our chess club and even, as you can see in the photograph, play a match! And not just one match! As you can see, Grand Master Parligras took on twenty challengers all at once!
We are delighted to welcome such an incredible guest and to see his phenomenal skills in action; and yes, he won every single match -although our very own Mr Bell gave him a good run for his money!
