Y6 at PGL | Day 4

On what I think has been the hottest day of the week so far (and they have all been pretty hot!), we've seen our children continue to shine - and we have seen some fantastic development of their teamwork, camaraderie and respect for each other, as they begin to recognise the strengths, qualities and support of those around them, in all sorts of different situations. Today we have enjoyed team raft building (they all mostly floated!), thinking caps on to tackle the problem-solving course, archery in the field....and finished the day with the loudest 'silent disco' I have ever heard!

Oh, and we saw an emu! They were real after all.

It's been a whole lot of fun and adventure - and it's nearly over! Yes, one more night's sleep, one more activity in the morning, and then it's a hop onto the coach and we're on our way back home! Bags are already packed, rooms clean and tidy (no, really!), and lunches packed.
