In Year 3, our topic has been Scrumdiddlyumptious! It's a very tasty topic indeed, as it encourages our children explore the tasty world of food, developing their knowledge of food groups, food origins, healthy eating and physical changes during cooking. On top of that, it makes for some very appetising trips and visitors, too! As you can see in the photos, the children have been helped out on their learning journey by our friends Karl at Ramsey Bakery, Paul from the Slightly Pretentious Pizza Company, Rachel and Alan from Ballakelly Farm, Abbie from the Isle of Man Creamery and Claire and Mike from IOM Goats! What an adventure it has been for our Year 3 children - thanks to everyone who has made this inspirational topic possible!
