What Helps Us Learn?

This is always an interesting and engaging activity for our new Year 6 pupils - discussing and then deciding on a hierarchy of 'what helps us learn?'. It's always fascinating to hear the children's thoughts as they explain, order and justify their choices, as well as respond to the ideas of others. I wonder if you agree with any of the examples in the pictures - the children used a 'Diamond 9' model, placing what they thought the most important at the top, and the least impactful at the bottom!
