Out Of This World ICT!

Our Year 5 pupils have been creating some out of this world videos on the Computer Bus this week! Their current topic is StarGazers, and the children have been sharing their knowledge using the iMovie software to make their own version of The Sky At Night - the results are fantastic! As you can see in the pictures, the work began in the classrooms with just a simple green screen and a whole lot of good scientific knowledge, and ended up being turned into something spectacular using some amazing ICT skills!

An amazing week of learning, and our most sincere thanks go to Alex Townsend, who has inspired, enthused and enlightened the children about how ICT can support and enhance their learning in all areas - and we wish him the very happiest retirement!
