Measuring Angles

Published Monday 24 May 2021

In Year 6, our pupils have been honing their skills with a protractor, as well as their arithmetic, enjoying some terrific geometry work! They've had to measure angles accurately using ruler and protractor, calculate unknown angles in shapes and on lines using angle facts, use their knowledge of angles on a straight line to work out what the interior angles of a triangle add up to.....it's a whole lot of mathematical thinking, and our Year 6's are rising to the challenge - great work!
