Year 6 | Hands-On History!

Our Year 6 children are thoroughly enjoying their current topic 'Revolution!', a history-based project which focuses on life in Victorian times, developing pupils knowledge about Victorian culture, including significant people and inventions of the time. And what could be more interesting than getting your hands on some actual Victorian artefacts in the classroom?! The children had a lovely time investigating each of the items, wondering first of all what it was, how it was used, and how it compares to its equivalent (if any) in modern times. A really great, interactive piece of learning - well done Year 6!
