We are always so proud to be a part of Ramsey's remembrance service on Armistice Day, with two pupils from Bunscoill Rhumsaa taking part in the ceremony and laying a wreath on behalf of the school. We believe it is so important that our children learn about and understand the significance and traditions of this day for people around the world and especially within our own community.
We were also delighted to receive a certificate again this year from our friends at the Royal British Legion - this certificate is because the children of Bunscoill Rhumsaa managed to collect such a great amount of money for the Poppy Appeal (the most per head of population of all the primary schools), in support of our service and ex-service community.
